About the firm

This is a historical listing for Libcus. Companies House records Libcus Ltd, company number 05992811, as dissolved on 8 January 2025. Its former Diamond House trading address is confirmed in the official winding-up notice. The old Libcus website was unavailable when this entry was reviewed.

SciTax Limited, company number 14972242, now publishes the same Bakewell address and telephone number on its own website. SciTax specialises in research and development tax relief, including reviewing eligibility and preparing claims, with support for businesses and accountancy referral partners. It is a separate legal company; this listing does not establish a legal succession or transfer of former client obligations.

For a new R&D tax enquiry, use the linked SciTax website and confirm the firm and terms you would be engaging. If your enquiry concerns previous Libcus work or records, explain that clearly and ask who is responsible before providing documents.
